According to the Attorney General's Office, studies show that homeowners are 60 percent more likely to avoid foreclosure, secure loan modifications, and lower monthly payments with the partnership of housing counseling tailored for each individual client.

To serve residents in all income levels with high concentrations of minority homeowners and renters including veterans, seniors, and disabled individuals. Concentrated focus on those who have not yet decided to purchase a home due to foreclosure; mortgage ineligibility; and lack of down payment and/or closing costs. In addition, our focus includes rental evictions due to COVID.
